- Lunch: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Closed - Starting September 9th
- Dinner: Bar opens 5:30 PM, and dinner service commences at 6:00 PM. The last seating will be at 9:00 PM

Beacon is located on Stocking Island, just a mile off Georgetown. Tie up at our dock for a leisurely lunch or dinner or leave the driving to us. Our complimentary boat shuttle operates between Georgetown's Peace and Plenty and Kahari.

Executive chef- Niran Di Blasio
Niran Di Blasio, an executive chef with a wealth of experience in top European restaurants, has joined The Beacon with a goal to transform it into a world-class dining destination. Having worked in prestigious establishments from Milan to the South of France, Paris, and London, and alongside the only chef in the world with 21 Michelin stars, Chef Niran brings a creative and imaginative approach to dish composition, bursting with flavors and focused on visual presentation.

Meet Chef Valerio, an Italian culinary maestro who embarked on his gastronomic adventure at the tender age of 14. Valerio's culinary philosophy revolves around the notion of embracing the essence of each location he graces. He understands the value of locally sourced ingredients, meticulously handpicking the freshest and highest quality produce.
